Return products you are unsatisfied with.

Returns and exchanges will gladly be accepted as long as the item is in brand new condition. The restocking fee would be charged if you want to return the item due to an unwanted item. Items eligible for return or exchange must be received within 15 days of delivery. Items sent back with signs of wear will be returned to the sender.

Return labels are not provided on returns and exchanges. Gulf Connect will ship out the exchanged product back to you at no additional cost. Postage will only be refunded on any returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping on our behalf. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes.

Please allow 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from a member of our customer service team when the return or exchange has been processed.

Return the wrong item.

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service with photos or videos of the different product. If a return is necessary, replacement plus a return shipping label will be provided. The replacement item will be shipped to you after recieving the returned item.

Returning Damaged Items

If the item you received is physically damaged, please report the issue to USPS/UPS to start a damage claim. Provide photo’s/video’s and case information to us by email so we can work with the shipping carrier to get the item replaced. Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours of receiving the package can result in shipping claims being declined, this may cause your exchange to be declined as well.
